I checked out all the UNNA mirrors and the archive appears to be the
same (66.09MB).

What's interesting I can unzip the archive using StuffIt Expander for
Windows but not with PowerArchiver. The uncompressed dsk image
(newt_devel1.1.dsk) has 204MB. Can you compare it with the size of
the image on your drive?
