* On pollution: Just think of a "Name" as the name of anything not just
people even though there are additional fields there to cater for "people"
and companies.

* You could put all the Projects into a Project folder if you wanted to
remove the clutter but you would need to play with it to see if this works
elegantly with linking people to a project. You might find yourself forever
changing folders which would be irritating after a few times.

* You could also prefix a numeral at the beginning of the each project
name. The Newton will then put the project at the beginning of all the
Names so you can always access them conveniently and avoid the folders
problem all together.

That's an interesting idea, although I hate "polluting" databases
with information that doesn't belong there.

If you do this, how do you keep things separated? For example, if I
want a Names folder for "Work", one for "Friends & Family", and one
that's "Projects", there's no real easy way to "show everything
that's not a project" is there? Unless you chuck all the names into
a single folder, I guess.
