If you have a problematic file that won't transfer you may need to
remove it from the Queue from user/library/application support/nsync/
gos/textfilequeue.

I have just been doing this as a test, the longest message i have
sent is this email "On Apr 6, 2006, at 9:10 PM, Andrew Diller wrote:"

Try a few five or six word notes with no special characters.
