Sometimes I use an eMate stylus - a bit lighter than the one for the
2100.
Other times I just grab the stylus from a Wacom or IceCad pad.
Sometimes I use the stylus-point from a multi-point pen I got free with
an order from some place like Stylus.com (I'm sure I mis-remember the
name) - the stylus is removable and fits in any pen that uses the
"Zebra" standard mini-pen refills (as most multi-point pens do). I put
it one of those novelty pens that lights up like a flashlight with a
blue light - it actually is somewhat useful in the dark!
I use to use the Cross point in a cheaper plastic body when I used to
use (heresy) my Vadem Clio (the best form factor ever, excellent
software modem, with a very good small keyboard, but slow as molasses &
crash-prone because of the early version of WinCE - an appropriate
acronym if ever there was one). I liked the Cross, but you find it too
soft, so you'll have to keep experimenting...
