I have to admit I kinda like the Lifedrive - kind of like sticking
PalmOS into an iPod (or vice versa).

PDA's as a standalone device are kind of old hat nowadays - they're
getting crucified in the marketplace by cellphones.

People that need extra grunt that don't want a subnotebook and need
something more than a phone are probably the only niche market worth
chasing (Zaurus is probably the best bet here or the Clie ux50).

Also with the whole GTD meme the old nice pen & moleskin notebook
combo shows that archaic tech just won't die (cf our green friend -
Newton :-)
