We are forced to LocusNotes as well at work and LN is IMHO the worst PIM
solution I've seen ever, at least our installation. It's strength is
certainly not e-mail and calendar functionality nor address books but it =
is
good for databases. However, I can't access our LN mailserver from home =
nor
can I access POP and IMAP servers outside our firewall - it's totally
tightend up.

Since many years and endless successless trials of synchronisation of my
MP's with other computers I gave up and declared my Newton as my one and
only master device. It's like an agenda or logbook and I never ever =
synch
with whatsoever, period. This prevents me from all the hassels like
corrupted soups and unused entries in the soups which consume spacen =
only.=20

Regarding LN, the latest Sony Ericsson cell phone, the P910 synchs very =
well
with LN. I saw that and was really impressed but I couldn't try its HWR.
