need to reclaim the webspace.

Features:
Classic 10pt (full-page) format - Formatting and readabiltiy have been
optimized using consistent fonts, sizes, styles, and linking
indicators. Graphics are 1 bit scans to reduce the total size of this
all-in-one book.

Hyperlinked Table Of Contents - In addition to a complete overview
index, linking has also been programmed into a master Table of
Contents, within the e-book itself. You can jump directly from the
Table of Contents to any section and back by tapping on the chapter or
sub-chapter headings, anywhere within the e-book.

Hyperlinked Illustrations - All figures (illustrations) are linked to
their description and page breaks have also been added, separating the
graphics onto individual pages. This makes it very easy to view the
illustrations and their references, as you are reading along. Tapping
on an illustration will jump to the paragraph that references it.
Tapping on the figure placeholder (box) will jump directly to the
specific illustration.
