In about 1996 or so I tried to call Electronic Arts to see if
they could sell from their archives a copy of "Return of Heracles" that
they made for Atari. I really liked the game, and the copy my friend
had was just about to wear out.

The sales rep transferred me to a technical department, and both
laughed at me and said that Electronic Arts never made any games for
Atari. And could not be told otherwise.

I sincerely tried to buy a copy from them. But I learned a
valuable lesson...=20

... sometimes the love and support for a game must be continued
by the fans long after the game is a forgotten memory to the company
that made it.

(I never would sell abandonware, but I will help others in
enjoying it.)
