I once had a MP2kx with severe Jaggies, which I could not remove with =
all
the mesures (business card, flexible connector cleaning, pkgs =
de-installing,
brain wipe, etc.). I wanted to find out the true reason and did several
experiments with significant results:

1. removal of upper case made Jaggies gone away :-)
2. measurement of the ohmic resistance between two of the four =
connectors of
the flexible cable of the touchscreen
3. touching at only one arbirary point in the middle of the screen =
changed
the resistance from infinite (open) to something (if I remember well =
around
1kOhm, lets say value A.=20
4. touching close to the right border of the touch screen gave value B
5. touching simultaneously at the first location and the second gave =
value B
too.=20
6. result: touching close to the right border give sort of an offset, =
which
is higher if value A is smaller, say towards the right border.
7. I could not find out where to connect for the vertical axis.=20
8. shaving off from the upper case or introducing a good gap with any =
other
method and thus avoiding punctual pressure close to the right border is =
the
way to go.=20
