Dear colleagues,
I have a couple of problems I am looking for advice/assistance on in my
exploration of the two Newton 2100's I have. One problem I have is that
one of the 2100's seems to constantly need to be calibrated using setup.
Sometimes even when the pen is located in the cross the unit does not seem
to detect it. Sometimes I switch it off during setup and after a couple of
goes recommencing setup it seems to work ok. The other unit seems to not
need much calibrating. Unfortunately the unit which seems to behave better
does not have the additional enhancements I paid for on the first unit such
as speed enhancement, or the audio output jack.
Any suggestions on what I should do?
