Okay folks,

as of now, there's release 2, a sanitized (de-covervisual-ed) version
that's copyright-safe up at the Library

Apology for having had to pull the novel off the server for two days,
but it makes a bunch of people happy and potentially saves the Library
some grief. Thanks for bearing with me, and esp. thanks to the kind
Newtonian who first pointed the potential conflict out to me and to
Cory for being very helpful with my questions.
