[NTLK] eMate rom board question

Hi all,

taking a look to the eMate rom board
i can see that near the two chips labeled 34150305 and 34150307
there's the space and the (complete) circuitry for two other chips

Googling the chip numbered 34150307 respond to nothing.

Anyone know something about it?
