re battery flakiness
this happens every summer to mine
plug in and out fr battery recharger, about ten times
allow to charge as fully as it will
allow to run down to empty (set preferences to sleep never)
plug in and out ten times, charge up
after a couple full charge/full discharge cycles, you'll be back to as good
as an old battery gets
i've also tried the put it in the freezer for an hour (use a baggie!)
and bang it hard on the counter tricks
they don't seem to make much difference, but perhaps a dance or incantation
while performing these rites make it work better.... ;)
