This pertains to system 7.5, NCU and a Newton 2100.

What is the best file format to save a document to in order to then
import it successfully to the Newton?
Do I need to go through Newton Press?

Eventually, I would like my mac os document, approx. 10k to end up as
an unfiled note.

PS I have installed extra .XTND file incase that is the problem.
