It's a coincidence that you ask this question about SmallTalk!
I think it's Unethical and want to contact the author and see if he
wanted to contact eBay about this... it's the authors responsibility
(we can't really act on his behalf) though we could bring up the issue
to eBay. Let's get off the topic of him as it's usually a waste of
time other than to bring attention to be cautious of him as a seller.
NotePhone - have only seen photos, but hope to get my hands on one
