Adriano,

With RS 232 there is always the question on who is connected with whom.
RS 232 differentiates between DTE and DCE.
PCs are considered as DTE and the SUB-D pinout known from literature refers
to that.
The point is that the transmitters on one end need to be connected to the
receivers on the other end and vice versa.
Depending on what device you connect, this is done within the equipment
already (e.g. modem devices) or you need a special cable or adaptor doing
the crossing between Rx and Tx lines (known as Null-modem cable or adaptor).

Since the BT adaptor is suposed to be plugged into the PC serial port
directly, it must have a pin-out matching the one of the computer in the
sense that all outputs on the PC side are wired to inputs on the adapter
side.

What you would need is kind of a 1:1 adaptor from mini-din (RS 422) to
sub-db 9.
This should look like this:

mini-din sub-db9
HsKo 1 4 DTR
HSKi 2 6 DSR
TxD- 3 3 TxD
GND 4 5 SG
RxD- 5 2 RxD
GND 4-
RxD+ 8-

connect 4 and 8

This should do the trick.

Cheers
Johannes
