Hello Andreas,

I have the same setup as you, so I tested your problem. Indeed,
the .pkg files are downloaded as .txt files. To be accurate, they're
saved as .pkg.txt files (both extensions being used in the same
filename). Removing the .txt pakes the downlaod a usable .pkg, but it
is an annoyance.
