For a couple of reasons they are a tad late, but I think they are
almost finished now.

I think it was pulled through. Not sure about details here since
I wasn't involved.

Well, it wouldn't be the first that changed it's mind once
it found itself half-naked on my workbench. Diagnoses are
free for list members ;-)

To the best of my knowledge, no. But I'd be surprised if
I wouldn't see this one day.
