I wouldn't be surprised if they used a non-photocopy blue color for
the identifying marks, and even if that's not the case, the marks are
probably so light and fine that most photocopiers won't do a good job
of reproducing them. Don't know that for a fact, but you gotta
figure they want to sell you paper.

It's an interesting idea, but I doubt it'll find many serious users
in its current incarnation.
