There are four approaches that I know of
Newton Press downloadable from UNNA Makes Newton Books in a variety of
formats for the different Newtons. This is my first choice though it
is surprisingly slow on Macs even fast ones

Newton bookmaker also makes Newton books see

discussion and link to bookmaking 101 by DigitalDan

NewtsCape by Steve Weyer allows you to make Newton Books on your Newton
2x00.

Paperback books The fastest and easiest but lacking in some features.
