Yes there is. Check out chumma, Victor put details on how to allow for
the 57k speed. And a 57k package is on UNNA. Also if you just select
"serial" that is 38k speed. The slower speeds were for compatiablity
with older systems that could not handle faster connections. Remember
the Newt first came out in early 90's when 9.6k was considered fast.
