Jonas, before you might be surprised by quite a bit of skepticism that
might hit you, we had quite a few projects over the years that were
presented as very realistic and weren't, either financially,
technically or both.
Both Ferdi's take on the Frozen Newton project and the famed initiative
of ZAC CEO come to mind. No clue if either of these still can be found
in the archives, especially ZAC had faded from memory, long time ago...

My advice would be to first check the archives on the Einstein project,
as you stated that you don't know what it is.
Next you might either float this idea in a very detailed and prepared
way to the list, or get in contact off-list with people like Paul Guyot
and the likes.
These are the people on the list that grasp more of the inner working
of the Newt than anybody on the planet, and that isn't an exaggeration.
