Subject: [NTLK] Newton Surprise

This past weekend, while watching a dreadful afternoon movie, and
amusing my cat, snuffles, with his toy fish I had forgotten that my
Newton was sitting in the middle of the living room on the floor
pretty close to the heat of the action. More importantly I had also
forgotten that I had set the alarm on the newton a few days before to
remind me to attend an important meeting. I must have also done
something to make the meeting reminder repeat itself daily and never
noticed because as snuffles and I were playing the alarm went off and
my cat pulled the Garfield/Dodie routine and jumped a good 2 feet into
the air. After calming her down I had a chuckle to myself about the
whole situation. Let this be a warning to you pet lovers, the newton
may scare the bejebus out of your furry friend.
