Hey Kevin,

Unless this person has an upgraded PayPal account the Personal PayPal
account by contract does not accept PayPal Credit Card payments.
Sometimes there are misunderstandings about this issue. PayPay is
suppose to rectify the listing of accepting credit card payments on
auction as I have the same problem when listing an auction the PayPal
list Credit Cards as a payment option though I ONLY have a personal
account. Bear this in mind under this situation. Of course if they
have an upgraded or business PayPal account then the other replies are
pertinent that they don't want to pay the FEE associated with
accepting Credit Card payments...
