Although there is no light on the 2x00, for this machine you can use
NewtTest (available in the software section of the site in the signature).
Open the battery subtest and wait until the reported mode goes from
"Fast charge" to "Trickle charge continuous". That's when the charge
cycle is finished.>>

 
Avi's Backdrop will tell you as well. Just tap on the battery icon at the
top of the screen, then look down the column in the resulting window for
"fastCharge" or "Trickle charge continuous".
