It probably got corrupted during download. Try do download again. After
activation/installation, no error should occur. After twenty seconds
however, it patches NIE to make the IrDA and Bluetooth options
available.

This packages should be kept on the card (it doesn't have to but it
might eliminate one source for errors).

This is a symptom that NIE is not talking via IrDA to the phone but
instead just the serial port. You have to remove my patched NIE Serial
& Modem module, replace it with the original, get NIE Nitro & Blunt
properly installed and then create an Internet Setup with IrDA as the
connection choice. If IrDA is not avaiable, make sure that NIE Nitro &
Blunt is indeed correctly installed and you gave it the twenty seconds
it takes to patch NIE.
