[NTLK] Storing on card solved

Turns out I *hadn't* set the CF card to receive new packages by
default. I didn't find the icon sufficiently intuitive, so I had to
play with it and install some new packages.

In any case, I've got it now storing new packages on the card by
default, and I should be fine with my limited internal storage.
