How can the entries visible in the

   E-Mail

dropdown menu, the menu you get when adding an email address to an entry
in Names, be modified to add and remove the entries in the list?

The search result in the archive for

   email dropdown

was null.

It's gotta be the soups, but I know nothing about how to identify the
right soups, nor how to get into and edit them yet.
