They are also available at

(though the DNS is in the process of propagating
over to my hosting, so there may be a day or two that
things are in limbo while I verify the ftp links are
working).
I'm also expecting the source code should be available
for these. I can't see any reason why I couldn't make
that available, so other language keyboards could be
easily created.
