I have to add my agreement. In my experience in Poland, letters, and
other flat, paper envelopes usually arrive rather quickly, but as soon
as you add bulk to an envelope (lumpy, etc) or put it in a box, you are
in a crap shoot! I've had rather suspicious packages arrive in less
than seven days, and totally mundane packages take three or four
months! In fact, just recently we got a package that was sent so long
ago that we forgot all about it!!!!! The Global Express Mail is really
the only way to go, and I heartily recommend it. It is the most
consistent, always in less than 10 days to us.
