I would call the Hotel support line back and pretend to have a PC and
ask them where to input the settings. They should have that info...
This might give you a clue as to what they are doing.
It's possible, that you only need a regular Wifi config with the PROPER
SSID, and you will then connect to a web page to authenticate with the
name and password. Unfortunately in this setup you usually need an SSL
capable browser, so you would be SOL.
