1/ MessagePad 2100 (not upgraded 2000) with:

The MP2100 is in very good condition. The screen has a couple very minor scratches that do not interfere in any way with the operation of the device. Backlight works well but I'm not a good judge of how it's brightness compares with a new Newton-- It is, after all, 6 years old. The case has all flaps, doors, doohickeys, and lids. The ethernet card works and connects to network for printing and browsing the internet. I will leave all software installed so hopefully the new owner can easily connect to their network.

2/ Siemens Pocket Reader Scanner with:
Serial out cable (plugs directly into a PC serial port)
Mac serial cable adapter: DB9 to Mini-Din8
Newton serial adapter: homebuilt adapter cable that allows the pocket reader to plug directly into the Newton.
Pocket Reader documentation and software CD
Pocket Reader carrying case
The Pocket Reader is in pristine condition and works well. The homemade cable adapter allows downloads directly to the MP2100 and the other adapters allow interfacing with PCs (the previous owner tested under Win2K) and Mac w/serial port. I have not tried this combination. MP2100 has PRreader soflware installed.
