[NTLK] eMate button bar????

Hi All,

        Every time I see a screenshot of a Messagepad, I see on the
bottom of
the screem a nice launch bar, which seems to have fast access to some
applications of the newt.

Now, I have an emate and the only thing I see on the bottom is the usual
black line with the i button and the 'rotate' one....

Is this a difference between the two systems? Can I have that nice app
bar on my eMate?
