No the cardss are not fixed to that type of encription. It just
means that they can handel up to that amount of encription. Fro
instance a silver card can handel any amount of encription up to 64
bit. ANd a gold card can handel up to 128bit. You can use a gold or
silver card with no encription or the maximum the card can handel.
