I don't think the client should have to create them either, however if
the folders don't exist and the account doesn't function properly without
them, then the client should notify the server somehow to create them. I
honestly don't know enough about the functionality or structure of IMAP
services, but it seems that the Newted IMAP accounts work with every
other IMAP-capable mail client outside of Mail V - so what is the
disconnect here?
