 I just downloaded the Palm BookMaker for Mac. Dropped some text onto it and
created a .PDB format book. I then dropped this onto PackType and it made a
package for the Newton.
  I dropped it onto NCU, connected, but it would not allow the upload due to
'unrecognized' message. I also tried it with a xx.PKG instead of a xx.PDB
(just changing the file name extension), not that easy.
