First what model Newt do you have? I would suggest doing a soft reset
(reboot). Just push the buttion on the back for second. Or use a
package to do a reset. If you are still low on internal, what demos
were you running? I would check the soups in extras/storage there must
have been some extra data installed into a soup when you installed the
demo. Being a demo it should be a seperate soup and easy to find (you
don't know what it goes to and it is taking up a ton of storage).
