Exactly, so there is no extra charge for transferring an amount in euro
to another country in the Eurozone -- it is the "free" within the
normal use of your bank account (i.e. no extra charge is made for the
service). If a charge is made for the transfer, the bank is in breach
of EU regulations, I would think.

I have both received payments from and made payments to many of the
countries in the Eurozone and never has a charge been made to either
party.
