I use Courier for everything, except for forms, which I use my p800 for. I
just make a note with the web address, then irOBEX it to the phone, and
browse it that way if it's really important.

The memory problem is not really a big issue, it you conserve heap (ie.
freezing all packages not in use...) I wholeheartedly recommend upgrading
your MP2000 to a 2100, I recently did so, and I am very happy, plus I've got
an extra board to expirment with ;)
