Cheers Ted,

I just stumbled across the Japanese Club Newton website (dormant since Oct.
2002) where this page talks about something called EKanji Station
3.5.0: http://www.venus.dti.ne.jp/~yos/newton/ekanji.html - the page rants
about kanji, dictionary and conversion - might be kanji-HWR. There's also a
terminal emulation that likes kanji
http://www.venus.dti.ne.jp/~yos/newton/eterm.html. - Take a look at it all
and tell us what it's about.

Either app don't seem to be stored at UNNA yet, either - maybe if you'd
write an English readme and submit it...?

DJV.

P.S.: This makes me wonder a bit - seems our fellow Newtonians in Japan
have been up to really lots of good things, which only never were ported to
English. What software pearls might be available there, barred from our use
by our incompetence at oriental linguistics?
