No no, not at all - thank YOU, Grant, I insist! ;=}

Anyhow, back on topic - folks, say you want to use Bookmaker (better output
than Paperback, if slower/faster output than Press, but more cryptic), and
you know you can get Apple's Bookmaker and Newton Toolkit (NTK) for free at
UNNA - but how to use it?

Well, cowboys, the cavallery is on the way... Looky here "Bookmaking
without Bookmaker"
http://download.planetnewton.com/download/books/booksrefCPU2.htm and here
"How to Make a Newton Book"
http://download.planetnewton.com/download/books/booksrefCPU3.htm . And now
got get 'em, champs! ;=}

Happy trails to all fellow bunnies in Newtonia,

'Kasko
