Last week Paul Guyot posted a suggestion to use Newton Backup Express.
It's in unna.
Even if you can't use it do perform the backup it lets you see what is
in storage area and you can empty/delete soups - I knew that I should
have a corrupted soup in In/Out box and was able to delete it and then
perform a full backup both with NBE or NCU.x
