The modems I have are the Newton 14.4k, the GeoPort 33.6k, and the
PC card variety somewhere around here... Do either of the externals
work with Caller ID? In any case, does the backlight turn "on" when a
call comes in, and is the text readable from across the room? If not,
this is a devloper's opportunity... go for it!
