If by "had it at one time" you mean you used to be a registered user,
just email scrawlsoft from their webpage; I did and they quickly
reminded me what my old registration number was (which works with the
latest beta as well.)
If you haven't paid for a license yet, do! Maybe if it starts
generating income again, they'll consider restarting development ;-)
