If no NIE-aware apps are open, and your connection keep-alive settings in
Internet Setup are 0, then the connection should close automatically. If it
doesn't, try tapping on the Internet Enabler package in Extras->Extensions and
it will give you a dialog that will (try to) tear down the connection.
