Almost certainly it will overcharge them slightly. These chargers have
no way to determine when the battery is fully charged, so they must
charge at a rate and time which will guarantee that the battery
receives at least a full charge. If the battery is completely
discharged before you charge them, the amount of overcharging won't be
too significant. If, on the other hand, you were to charge them
overnight, every night, just to make sure they had full charge, they
would be being regularly overcharged and have their life greatly
reduced.
