Ahh .... you should maybe have gotten the Keyspan Twin serial which
gives you two of the older round DIN 8 style connectors Macs used to
come with.

To use this particular one you'd need an adapter to take it from DIN 8
to DB 9 or the PC version of the cable which has a DB 9 on it.
