1. Whike the 'standard' keyboard us on screen, double-tap a blank area of
screen, in NewtonOS each double-tap rotates between the four types of
on-screen keyboards.

2. I use the 'add custom icons' in ButtonBarPlus to add a keyboard-type
picker, two taps and my chouce if KB pops up.
