Folks, in the interest of protecting our community, I want to keep you
abreast of someone that sells Newton stuff on the Bay. As posted in the
subject heading, the seller is pammaxx_at_yahoo.com and I would suggest
avoiding her/him/it/them. I am currently seeking assistance from PayPal
to retrieve my fund$ from seller. Seller lacks customer service skills,
interpersonal skills, and is down right nasty/rude via e-mail. I wrote
seller multiple times asking for shipping date, tracking #, etc. I get
replies such as "no it won't" as the entire message. When I asked
PayPal to investigate, seller replied that it shipped via UPS yet when
she wrote me her latest nasty-gram, she said she shipped it via
Priority US Mail. When they asked her for a tracking number or proof,
she told them, "I have a receipt." I asked her about insuring it,
covering it for loss or damage and received no replies. Frankly, I will
put this as negative feedback at the 'Bay, but wanted to warn our
community so no one will be sucked into this spider's web.
