Re: [NTLK] Fried Newton on eBay for $250

I'm not sure what happened with that fried Newton that went so high. I
actually emailed the top 3 bidders. #3 bid only $100 -- which I still thought
was high. He basically said that it was worth it to him in case he could fix
it since it was otherwise in good condition. That I can buy, I guess.

But -- get this! The guy that WON (squeeky777) isn't a real person! I
emailed him and he emailed back and said that the account isn't his and that
it appears that someone created the account with his email and somehow got
access to it! (I don't know how true that is -- I'm just saying what he told
me.) So -- in other words, he didn't take it (and he has -1 feedback now).

The guy that was #2 that bid like $250 and lost never wrote back.

Something odd is going on with that one. Crazy...
